Business Online Banking
Business Online Banking is an Online Cash Management product that allows business clients 24-hour, real-time access to their Dayspring Bank online accounts.
Businesses can view account information, view check and deposit images, move funds between Dayspring Bank accounts, access account statements, and originate wires and ACH Transfers.
What is Business Online Banking?
The service is available to Dayspring Bank business account holders. Business owners can grant full or limited access to their employees. Each employee granted access has their own login credentials. Also, employees that have access to submit ACH Transfers are issued a security token that generates a One-Time password used to sign into their online account.
Who can access Business Online Banking?

Originate ACH files through Business Online. Uses include Payroll Direct Deposit, sending funds to receivers at other financial institutions, and receiving funds from senders at other financial institutions.

Send wires through Business Online. This feature allows you to enter and approve wires without contacting the bank. Wire Manager will also generate a full confirmation of sending and delivery of funds. It is a safe and secure way to send a wire on a schedule that works for the business.

Positive Pay is a product used to detect check fraud. With Positive Pay, authorized users have access to an array of tools that help guard against fraudulent activity. With Positive Pay, you simply enter the details for the checks you write, or you may upload a file containing the details of each check. The system then compares that information with the items being presented for payment. If there are any discrepancies, the payment is flagged for your review. If the item is fraudulent, you mark it as such, and the bank handles the rest.

Business clients may use Remote Deposit Capture to scan their customer’s checks for deposit into their Dayspring Bank business account(s). This service is typically used by our business clients that are not located close to one of our banks

Business owners can grant full or limited online access to their employees. Each employee granted access has their own login credentials, and they do not need to be a signer on the account. Access is determined by the business owner, and employees or accountants can be set up with view-only access or access to use any of the above-mentioned Business Online Products.

Set up different user roles for your employees with customized security access, pay any U.S. person or business (except court-ordered or tax payments), receive and pay eBills, schedule recurring payments, and link invoices or credit memos to your payments for better tracking.
