Dayspring Bank + Foundation One Bank

We’re excited to share that Dayspring Bank has entered into an agreement to acquire Foundation One Bank, expanding our ability to serve customers throughout the Omaha metro and beyond.

This partnership brings together two community-focused banks that share a commitment to personalized service, strong relationships, and local decision-making. Customers can continue to expect the same trusted service they know today while benefiting from the added strength, resources, and opportunities this combination will provide.

Foundation One Customer FAQ

  • Conversion weekend will be November 7th and 8th. All current Foundation One Bank locations will open November 9th as Dayspring Bank.

  • Prior to conversion, every Foundation One Bank customer will receive an informational packet with information regarding accounts, online banking, debit cards, etc. 

  • Your account & routing number will remain the same.

  • Your current Foundation One Bank checks will continue to work after the merger and for the foreseeable future.  You will not be required to get new checks. 

  • All current Foundation One Bank customers will receive new Dayspring Bank debit cards. More details to come at a later date.

  • Yes, your deposits will remain insured through the FDIC with no lapse in coverage during the conversion. 

  • All loan terms and rates remain unchanged.

  • Safe deposit box terms and contracts will remain the same.
